The client is assumed to have read and agreed to the contents of this document upon the request to collaborate on any project(s) involving both the client and contractor only. The following conditions must be abided by both parties up until and after the completion of the project.
Copyright
Commissioned artwork are copyrighted under my name and social media handle. I have the liberty to use the artwork(s) for self-advertising purposes.
Clients are allowed to share commissioned pieces to their social media as long as credit is given.
Clients are not allowed to trace and claim the artwork as their own.
Clients are not allowed to modify the artwork, either through AI generator use or otherwise.
Clients are not allowed resell the commissioned artworks as products and merchandise unless it was signed as a commercial order.
Payment and other fees
Full payment must be made upfront prior to starting the commission.
A payment processing fee of 0.05% will be billed on all orders.
Commercial-use projects will include a +100% upcharge per order.
Revisions to the artwork are accepted only if the project is still a composition sketch.
Should the client insist on making heavy changes on the artwork past the sketch stage, extra charges may be incurred on the bill.
Refund policy
Payments are non refundable with the exceptions that:
I am unable to finish the project due to circumstances beyond my control.
I have not started working on the commission.

Please send a message through Twitter @melusmelon or email [email protected] to send a request.If your request is accepted, you will be sent an itemized invoice for you to review and fulfill. You will receive a rough composition sketch within 24 hours after the bill has been processed.
